As sales manager, he led teams serving retail clients, remodeling contractors, and new home builders. He gained extensive marketing expertise through these roles, navigating the shift from traditional advertising to digital marketing.
As an independent cabinet sales rep, Kevin was recognized multiple times as National Rep of the Year and eventually purchased the agency, growing it to achieve annual sales between $40M-$50M through a network of over 200 dealers.
His understanding of marketing challenges in the kitchen industry led to the creation of Kitchen Lead Solutions, partnering with experts to provide innovative marketing solutions.
